my glu credit showing zero

I lost all my glu credit from long time which I mean more than two month and I made all the steps that mintion in the forums . Please help me to get them back to continue playing the game. Thanks alot.

Ola ami me pasa algo similar solo que a mi me marca -20 y auque gane no me los aumenta solo se queda asi y no se que hacer espero alguien pueda ayudarme grax
