Hi I signed up to credit expert for 550 free credits and still have not received them, I have forwarded email and screenshots of the transaction and not even had a reply let alone a resolution!! Please help as I feel like I have been robbed! I have been charged £14.99 for this and have no credits, this has been going on for 3 days now- it just isn't fair
