Crashed/reinstalled

My game crashed and the only thing left for me do do was to delete and reinstall. I followed all the steps from the FAQ info, but none helped. I love the game and also spend a lot of my own personal money on if. I would greatly appreciate some type of assistance to getting my weapons/levels back. Thank you.

The FAQs do not recommend to uninstall our games. You should contact Customer Care BEFORE deciding to uninstall games.
