glue credits

I did one of the offers for the Disney dvd club for 1500 credits and it took all my card info and said thanks for your order. I have yet to recive those credits. Can someone tell me what Is going on with this please?

Please read again the terms of the offer. Some offers require time to take effect. Any offer issues have to be addressed with the offer company (Tapjoy or SponsorPay) finally if you can't get it resolved, you should submit a ticket to Customer Care. this cannot be handled here on the public forum. and we are Glu Mobile, not glue
