DH needs update and not saving progress

Hey, i have a problem.

Game doesn't work except region 1 if phone is offline. When the phone disconnected, game needs update (almost 100 mb and i'm at region 6 now). If i start to game without internet connection i just can play region 1.

Does everyone have the same problem or just me?

If you have a solution for this, plz help me!
