Glu games fan!! hi everyone!!

I have joined to Glu forum to acquire some help and or knowledge regarding my games. I am currently using an Iphone 4 and will be finally upgrading to a Samsung S5, woot!!!....however, i would like to know how i can transfer my precious DH2014 without loosing my game-play data and hard work:D. if anyone can give me the proper steps to transfer my game(s) from the IOS to Android, it would be greatly appreciated.
