are you refering to gold paid for by cash or by offers?
If it is paid for you need to get a customer care ticket. and be specific including what device your using
If it is offers then you should click the "missing gold?" button at the bottom of the offers page. Glu has no control over offers in my understanding. but the support for them will require proof in the form of either screenshots or an email recieved that confirms completion.
