Internet connection needed for Hauer Gauge shotgun

Cannot purchase the gun. Yes, I have an internet connection, otherwise how can I play the game on my iPad. Any help? Thanks.

I am experiencing the exact same issue. I'm using an iPhone 5 and get the same message whenever I try to purchase the Hauer Gauge shotgun for region 11.

i brought the shotgun in a pack but it wont load it says internet connection required so i spent a packet of gold 1300 to get 3 guns one of which the Hauer Gauge Shotgun region 11 that i cant use
