pop up making me chose level and cash? HELP

Something just popped up it was making me choose level 10 or 14 I click the right one but it made me start over from level 10 which means I'm now back to being a b-lister, I was already number 1 in the charts an A lister and and I lost everything I want everything that I earned, this is not fair I am very upset with this game pop ups why this had to happen I would like to be reset back to the way it was!!!! I had 50.0 million fans and an A lister number 1!! Now im starting over as a B lister and my hard work and hours of waiting wasted all cause some thing was detected and it messed my game up.
