Deer hunt 2014 not letting load secondary wepon

Hi all hope there is someone that knows what to do but I have a friend that wants to play Deer Hunt 2014 on his pc in FB but when it tells him to load his secondary weapon it just sits there and the equip button is not lit... tried to uninstall from Fb and redo nothing I even sent some cash his way thinking he didnt have enough but still nothing... dont sure now what to do anyone have any suggestions
