Why wasn't I credited???

I recently completed four Kim K offers for Koins. I received the lower offer payout which was for one and four Koins. The other was for 26 koins where a 0000000 number called me and I picked up but they just hung up. The last one was for 12 koins and I didn't receive anything for that.
