IOS Amazing Battle Creatures issue/bugs

I'm not opening a ticket as you guys don't answer them (I have 2 open tickets that are 2 weeks old, and I had no replies from you). Current tournament, as soon as I hit a streak of 30 or more the total tounement points I gain goes down from 21 740 to 12 924, so I have to intentionally lose as that gives me more points. BIG issue as this ends in <24 hrs and only top 3 is getting the XXX monster. 2 Still stuck at chapter X island 2/2, everything is completed and it wont let me continue.
