Glu needs to switch from TrialPay to TapJoy

I really enjoy Glu games, especially Tap Sports Baseball. But, getting gold is almost impossible. TrialPay is the program used to complete offers to recieve Gold. Gold is imperative for getting better. TrialPay doesn't work. Every offer I complete, I never receive anything. I have to go through a long, drawn out process with their customer support to get my gold. I recently completed the GoDaddy offer, I spent $9. It's almost impossible to prove that you completed it. They ask for receipt numbers, I provided them. Now they say they need confirmation emails, You have to screenshot them and paste them in a box. You can't paste or upload a picture in the box they provide on the app. You also can't use a computer to upload it, you get a notification to use your app to complete the form. IMPOSSIBLE. GLU GAMES, we all like your stuff. But, please switch to TAPJOY. It's a much better program. Loading times are better, smoother, and it works. I've never had an issue with them. They even have an app that makes the process much better.

I've argued with TrialPay through email for 3 days now. They finally agreed that they were wrong and stated that they were going to credit my 2,400 gold that I payed for. I still haven't gotten it. They said between 5 and 30 minutes. I'm sure they just told me that to shut me up, because I got pretty harsh.

Trialpay su(ks. I liked Glu and rarely had issues. The second they went to trialpay, I staretd having numerous issues. I have been promised my gold that I earned by completing offers and have also been told to wait 30 minutes after contacting customer support, but still no gold. Also, when I try to go to an offer, any offer, it says there is a problem and I need to contact customer support, which I do. They tell me to uninstall my game and reinstall it. If I do that I will lose my 3000+ gold and the 150,000,000 currency I have worked for. It is like they have no control over their offers. To say it mildly, I am not at all impressed. That was on my ipad2.

I bought a new iPad air2 and don't have as many problems with trialpay but there are still many problems. I write trialpay telling them of the issues and am given some BS excuse. Now when I try to complete an offer it won't allow me to go to see the offer and on the rare occasion it does, it takes me to some BS survey that has nothing to do with the offer. If I click on watch a video, it wants me to fill out my email address and then take a survey. I tell trialpay of this and it is like they do not care. They tell me that they change their offers all the time and the problem will correct itself. So far it has not. They are very good at blowing us off with excuses and not honoring their offers that we complete. At least Glu would look into issues and get us the gold we earned when we made the effort to contact them.

Even when I played dinohunter, I had many issues with trialpay.

Please bring back the old Glu offers and can this trialpay that so many of us do not like.

I hope an administrator reads this and might respond.
