Since update on oct 3 when i try to open it says checking for updates the preparing deer hunter and that as far as it gets and just shuts down does anyone know how to fix have spent a lot oftime and real money on this game to lose every thing now heeeelp

I play on a kindle fire 7, same happened to me and when it finally loaded again. I used real money and everything is lost. I sent email to Glue, but they do not respond except that they got my email. Please help.
