Infrared Hint not disapperaing and causing game to freeze

Hello,
My progress is recovered for that thanx alot but now when i start the game it loads completely and then when i start any mission and take aim then hint displays press X for infrared. this hint will stuck n whole screen got freeze no other control works neither x works. what i is the problem??
