cant connect to the cloud in deer hunter

The last few times I logged into deer hunter it said cant connect to the cloud which concerns me because I have been partially reset a couple of times losing progress. There is a big problem with the cloud on android I have the samsung galaky s4 which takes awhile to load deer hunter and runs hot.
