Hello glu, i've had an open ticket, it took 29days before the first reply from you, then asked me my Old account name and new account name which i gave in a ticket
Old name was Karry and new one was Karryftw, i mean, i have JUST waited 29 days for a reply, i don't want to have to wait as long for the restoration process, we are on February 2nd and the restoration process started on january 28th This is just getting insane... Why is the process taking so long? Ticket was first opened on december 29th and we're in february now...

I have a reply from like 8-9 days ago saying theyre swwithcing to the restoration team (after a full month), nothing else and even on forums they answer every other thread but mine
