due to illegal operation account has been suspended

I'm no hacker my items aren't super awesome I'm not top rank at anything but someone my account has been suspended due to illegal operation for 9990 hours which keeps resetting the time I really like eternity warriors 3 sent in a ticket a week ago no response tried reinstalling game no luck what is going on anyone else have this problem?
