Eternity warriors 3 Character lost - Android

I've had a ticket open since March 20th 2015

I have lost my character in Eternity Warriors 3 for a second time now
The first time the name was "Karry"
Once restored it was back to "Karryftw" (level 43 monk)
Now the name is "mFeUBM" a level 1

I would like to have my account restored if possible at all, i'm still waiting for a reply, Hopefully this can be resolved soon.
