Gluten credits free?

Every time I have tried to get some free gluten credits by doing surveys or watching videos and I get directed to other app pages and ads and get a run around from here to there and I'm just trying to get some free credits for watching a video or filling out a survey by the time I realize that I have been getting the run around and I think that maybe I'll get some credits for the first 4 things that I thought was all I had to do was one video and get some credits and one survey for some credits but if I don't fill out everything else that I keep getting directed to that has nothing to do with the first option I clicked on I don't get any credits for any of the ads or surveys that I did do! What is up with this issue?
