What happened to my babies and pending jobs?

My babies have disappeared and so have my pending jobs. Whenever you all do updates, my games stays messed up for days and you don't even offer free K-stars or money, so I would like a refund of my k-stars because I've had enough of this game messing up big time and then you all taking until Christmas to respond and fix the issues. Where are the babies (one I paid for with K-Stars and my pending jobs??????) and I want the same babies back!
