Are you aware that your game Kim Kardashian Hollywood has been down for over 24hours, I havee called and written and they have given us the same excuse, saying it's my browser, my service provider, my computer i tself. And they need to remotely access it to determine my problem...uh no. When i said that there are otheres who are having the same problem i get told no and asked how i know . Obviously they have no idea what they are talking about. Please have the courtesy to follow what's happening to your game and understand your players frustration and fix the problem. I hope you give us some kind of reward for all our troubles.

This is the exact same thing happening to me!!!!!!!
I've cleared the cache in every browser and I still can't access the game

To be specific, the game is just hanging on the Loading screen.
