Tap Sports Baseball 2016 Video Gold Error

Recently, I started watching videos for free gold. Tonight, I was watching one and the app crashed. My account is connected with Google+, yet when I reloaded the app to continue watching videos, the gold went to the app's base login account and not to my Google+ team. I tried restarting my phone, clearing the app cache, and even reinstalling it.

Has anyone ever had an issue similar to this? Is there a way to fix it?

    I just experienced the same problem. All my free videos and fyber gold now going to base account even when viewed from google+ account. Any resolution out there?

    I just shut the app off and waited for a few hours
