Hi Sage,

I'm unsure where to go from here. I'm a TSB player as well and I put in quite a bit of Tap-work to win events and rewards and what not. Maybe you're aware of the debacle this past weekend during which noone received the rewards for winning the event. It would appear as though Glu was trying to make things right yesterday by issuing a statement that the rewards would still be available yesterday evening, but that unfortunately was inaccurate. Do you have the ability to shed some light on what is going on? A lot of us are in the dark and would just like to hear something from corporate letting us know that it is being investigated and what Glu's intentions are.
