Can't load my saved game

The game restarted and when i try to load saved game it won't let me load it. My saved game is there but everytime I load it it goes back to the beginning again. I've been an active player so I don't get how or why this would happen.

I'm having the same problem the game glitch and restarted I can see my character is available..I've put money towards it and want a refund.. I've called Apple they can't do it...

This is the same thing that happened to me. I've deticated so much time , energy , & money ,and I really dont want to loose my account & all my items. I love this game ,but if i have to start over , I will never play this game again.
