Rr installation issues

Plz help I have sent 4 emails I do not know what the deal is and why I can not install RR On my new tablet it crashes at part 3/11 EVERY FNG TIME.. I haVe done everything that I can think of including changing date/time and now I just did a factory reset and STILL GETTIN. THE SAME FNG RESULTS

    It is crashing during the install or loading? 3/11 sounds like you are loading into the game after already installing. You can submit a ticket through the support site https://glumobile.helpshift.com/a/racing-rivals/?p=web and we can try to look and see what the logs are showing as you are logging in.

    This is a new tablet running android 5.1 the game has not been previously installed on this tablet I've done everything from change date/time to clearing cache and even factory reset this is the only app game I'm having can issue with
