I am struggling to find a customer care button in deer hunter 2016 and I need to send

I have not been able to get customer support information anywhere I have tried to look for Deer Hunter 2016.
I play on the PC format in FaceBook Gameroom , my computer runs windows 10,my nickname is CryptKeeper,
& the trouble I am having is...
the game will not allow me past Region 10 even after killing all animals in each region
IT literally gives me NO Option to click to the right any longer.

I know there are more Regions to play because the weapons I "could" purchase are up to 21- or 22 I believe.
