Deer Hunter 2017 Won't Load on iPad Anymore

Hello,
I can't create a customer care ticket, because I can't get my game to load at all. I have been playing deer hunter for about a week on my iPaid Air 2. A few times it loaded slowly, but today it won't load at all. I am stuck on the load screen that is the silhouette of the dog chasing a buck.
I have tried restarting my iPad twice. I don't want to have to uninstall the game and loose all the stuff I have earned liked platinum coins or gold.
