i am a player of Gordon Ramsay Rush.
there is a major game problem on 23 Apr2017 and after i re-download the game. I lost the game progress.
I have spend 50USD to buy the package and now it gone.
I have contacted the Customer care via the app and the support center said they can restore my progress on 25 Apr. But now its 30 Apr and i did not hear anything from your support center since then.
I just would like to know if i will get any help or not? If not, i would like a refund. Thanks.
