    I'm trying to recover my account from MLB Tap Sports Baseball17 and customer care has not gotten back to me. I didn't have it backed up to facebook so I'm scared it's gone.

    Wait time on their oldest tickets is around 5 days so it may take a while. Obviously linking Facebook or an email address is best but we can probably still get it back.

    Same process. Fill out a ticket and follow the steps provided.
