Restore purchases or Refund Me!

Have been playing Nicki Minaj : The Empire for a few weeks now , have just spent money on the game, literally an hour ago, I shut the game down to eat and wait for energy to recharge and my progress and crowns are gone! But my account has still been charged.
Then reading through the threads in the Nicki Minaj support area , a player has contacted glu, and have been told they're essentially dropping the game?!
WTH guys!
Refund me or restore my purchases and progress!

Force quit and restart and if your crowns are still missing submit a ticket through the game and we will make sure they are restored if they weren't spent.
