Mid-week Event doesn't appear to me!

Please, I need help with Midweek Event, I play on Android 4.2.2, my app is updated and I have my progress saved on Play Games, and every Week the Through back Sale not show, nor the rapid recharge. The weekend events appear normally, but the Through Back sale no. O try to delete the app and reinstall, but doesn't work. I send a many messages for Glu Support and I received the confirmation of they received my emails but until now anybody contact me to fix my problem, and the last email I send make more than two weeks!
