Major Negative in the GLU credits

My son tried to purchase 5 dollars worth of credits for a game called "Dragon Slayer" to buy a set of armor in the game. He was confused after the purchase went through to find out he had over negative 2 billion in GLU credits. Why is this? This is our first time trying to purchase anything from this company and we're trying to figure this out thank you.

That is a game no longer in development and honestly we probably aren't going to be able to see anything. The usual reason we see something like that is if a player used a cheat in one of the games that uses those credits. That balance later gets removed and you see the negative balance. Your best bet might be to contact Amazon for a refund.
