Progress lost

Dear,

This morning I had a flat battory during a game. When I started up the game again, all my progress was away (my achievments are fine).
Can you please help me, thanks in advance!

    You didn't mention the game. Some of our games you can associate with means to recover accounts (Facebook, email, Game Center, etc) others are only saved on the device.

    Ow sorry! Frontline Commando D-Day. It was saved by my Google account. Progress still lost.

    That is an older game and only saved on your device.
