How can I cancel an in-app purchase?

I accidentally purchase Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, Small Starter Pack but ı haven't pay for it because now I don't have any access to my credit card. And in the game I didn't recieve anything. So what should I do to cancel my purchase ?

You would need to contact the app store it was purchased through to cancel it.
