Tap Sports 2017 derby error

I won the derby yesterday, and after I clicked OK on the pop up with Posada, I did not receive him. Now that I think about it, I did not receive the slugger from the week prior either. I am not sure if this is the correct place to submit a ticket or not. If not, could you please let me know where to do it?
