My suggest that Glu add a trading block to the game there to many scams happening.
The trading block should have a minimum of 3 section for cars to be traded and a cash spot
If there is Glu cash included in the deal and nothing is final until both parties hit the trade button.
There should only be a 30 sec wait for the other party to hit trade If time expires the deal is cancel.
