Tap Sports Baseball 17 Gold Rewards issue

I spent many hours to earn 1000+ gold during a gold bonus weekend. I submitted verification and have gotten no response. I know they get my emails because they have responded in the past... but of course for much smaller gold rewards. It's so frustrating to be treated so poorly. I know i'm not the only one, but it's a crappy way to do business.

    Our goal turn around time is 48 hours on tickets. It is possible they just haven't gotten to yours yet. If you sent in a ticket we will respond.
