Did not receive gold for completing a partner offer

Hi all,

I completed a partner offer and purchased Guitar Tricks subscription and was supposed to receive 4000 gold and have not. I have completed partner offers for gold before without issue. Can someone please help me out and get me the gold I was supposed to receive for the money spent?
