club leader tips

hey guys!, im new to the forums, but not to the game one bit. favorite game the past 3 years, and I play religiously every day. Just wanted to learn about some tips on leading a club and better ways to keep a strong club. appreciate it guys.

    Keep the club open till you get 20, then cut loose guys that dont play. Continue this cycle until you find 20 guys active daily. Its much easier then suffering global and begging for guys that may be exaggerating their ability. 

    Advise guys to not level up their individual team to fast. That can turn a producer into an inactive hopelessly depressed non-contributor.

    Keep foul language out. Some people dont like it and will leave the club if it offends them. Ive seen top guys walk out because they were tired of hearing it. 

    Make sure above all, everyone communicates. Misunderstandings can ruin any goal or plan you have.

    Be patient with guys having a bad day. They generally recover pretty fast.

    And most important, lead by example. 
    "If a man gives you his best, what more can you ask him to give".
