hundreds of dollars, thousands of hours, tap after tap, follow on Twitter and nothing. For two years of playing this game you’d think the VIP status would be defined. Yet, after reaching out about it to CS, I get a canned response. If you treat your users like a number, a la Facebook, people will stop spending their money and time on the app. I’m on the app every single day, grinding. Jumping through hoops, buying the biggest packages of gold to try and beat impossible pitchers in WOH that I outrank by 100 skill points. I really enjoy the game and my club, but this lack of acknowldegement by GLU is ruining it.
