Customer Care does Not care....

Been over a week and they will not take my issue serious at all I have spent a lot of money in this game and I am about to delete it and move on

    I am sorry you feel that way.  I can tell you it is not the case, we do wish to resolve every case.

    Mystical I understand what your saying. I'm new to the game.  I had a prime player who was lv10 silver.  The other day, he was missing from my roster.  They said I traded him. I said no i didnt. They lied and said they replaced him.  Restart the game and it will be there. I sent another message saying I did what they asked and nothing. They told me I traded him again. They are not here to help. They want your money .  Anyway, I will contact google and ask for chargebacks for the money i spent.  I suggest everyone get a hold of google and do the same. Maybe they will get the point.
