Upgrades reset to 0%

I have logged in to my account and all my upgrades have disappeared! I logged in and out 3x and still no upgrades! Please fix this!

    You didn't mention what game you are talking about but submit a ticket from inside the game and the customer care team should be able to look into your issue for you.
