Has my WWE Universe account been banned

I have been trying to play WWE Universe today, but after New Zealand time 3 pm, I cannot get access into the game, it loads up to 49% and then crashes. On the weekend and today for the battles, I have been buying gold and also using the gold on energy in club/roster battles and I have not been cheating or hacking, I would like to know if the account has been banned

As far as I know they haven't banned anyone in the beta.  I double checked the account named Alex and it isn't banned.  Be sure you submit a ticket and the team can look into it.
