Can’t get into app

I’m just seeing if anyone can help me fix this issue. Every time I login it gets to 100%, shows me the home page but instantly closes the app out before I can click anything. I’ve deleted the app multiple times, and went through all of their trouble-shooting for this issue. Any help is appreciated
