My 12 diamonds from Iron Challenge

I am #281 right now, I have finished Iron Challenge and won the challenge and Simon gived me 12 diamonds in this morning (22 March) but in my wallet I can’t see my diamonds and I couldn’t able to open Atelier Korkov box either. I just want to open this box. Thank you for your help.
