No videos!

My video counter never reset yesterday so I've had no videos from last night to now.  I'm missing out on 500 videos of 2x gold!  Sent customer service a ticket last night, they responded while I was sleeping.  I sent another message at 7am, they have yet to respond.  Any ideas on how I can reach someone?
