Opening/loading 2020 on a new phone

I had to buy a new phone this week bc the battery went dead on my old one. I backed all of my things up and transferred it to the new phone. Last night I downloaded 2020 thinking I could just sign in and everything would be there. Well I used my email sign in and my Facebook sign in and it won’t pull anything up. I assume I’m going to have to start over again, but wanted to make sure before doing so. I know my login info is good bc it’s the same info I used to sign in and move my 3 players from 2019. Thanks in advance for the help.
