I have been playing a while but am new to gaming and still don't understand a couple basic things:
1. Do I need to replace players, especially pitchers, over time (i.e., Hyun-Jin Ryu has pitched more than 3100 innings for me). Does the game age him out?
2. Does the game care about balanced batting orders or pitching staffs -- i.e., do I need more left handed bats in my line-up, or more left handed arms in my rotation or pen?
Any advice would be welcome!
