Cooking Dash - lost Progress

Seems that my progress has been lost, after signing in with my Apple ID; signed out again now  (I don’t Facebook) and though I’d been been mid- ticket with the support - my entire game progress has been lost/ stolen.  Heartbroken, it’s all gone and still no response from the ,contact us team,   Had completed loads of venues and trials of styles.   

I’d completed a game and after that.  It was all gone 😭
